I am a dedicated and empathetic Psychotherapist with a special focus on anxiety and I am fully accredited with IACP. I'm here to offer you a safe space, a listening ear, and the necessary tools to help you navigate through the challenges life throws your way.
I've always been passionate about understanding the human mind, which led me to a fulfilling career in psychotherapy. Over the years, I've worked extensively with both adults and teenagers, helping them to better understand and manage their anxiety. I've found that there's nothing quite as rewarding as witnessing someone find inner peace, rebuild their confidence, and regain control over their life.
My approach to therapy is, above all, centered on you. I believe that each individual is unique, and thus, so should be their path to wellness. This is why the way I work is always personalised, crafted to fit your specific needs and goals. My aim is to empower you, helping you to become more resilient and equipped to face life's ups and downs.
I understand that getting to a therapy session can sometimes be challenging, which is why I work online (via Zoom) and by phone. This way, support is always within your reach, no matter where you are. My virtual door is always open for you; all you need is a comfortable space where you feel at ease to talk and reflect.
