I am an ICP accredited psychotherapist. I am a pre-accredited member with NAPCP and graduate member with the PSI. I work using an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on different psychological perspectives and work psychoanalytically where appropriate. I use person centred therapy for clients when speaking and working through presenting issues. I provide a safe space to allow a truly transformative experience of the client in a confidential and non-judgemental way.  

I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults. As each client journeys toward speaking through their story, I facilitate a safe space for them to explore and gain a deeper and more meaningful understanding of themselves and their relationships.

Qualifications:

• BA in Psychological Studies and Philosophy
• HDip in Arts in Psychology
• MA in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy
• Special Modality Training Post-Graduate Component
• Certificate in Couples Counselling (Marriage & Relationship) – currently
• Children’s First
• Certificate in LivingWorks Start for Suicide PreventionCertificate in the Clinicians Suicide Prevention Summit

Experience: 

• I have worked for 2 years for a local Family Resource Centre, with children, adolescents and adults
• I have worked in private practice with a range of clients 
• I have worked in Blanchardstown Community Counselling Service as a Psychotherapist
• I am currently working for Helplink Mental Health, as a general and youth counsellor
