I am a fully qualified psychotherapist (MIACP) and I completed my thesis in regulating the nervous system through a polyvagal lens. I draw upon a diverse range of therapeutic modalities to help you reach your goal. These include Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness-base Approaches. I will work with you to help you identify and challenge negative thought patterns, manage stressors effectively and cultivate resilience in the face of anxiety-related difficulties.
My sessions are client-centered and collaborative. I always strive to create a safe space ensuring that each individual feels heard, understood, and supported on their mental health journey.
